SPRING CLEANUP: An initial spring startup service performed during the month of April which includes: General removal of branches, twigs, and pine cones. Power blowing debris off of turf areas, out of shrubbery, rock beds, and window wells. Initial bagged mowing to lift up matted grass and hauling of yard waste. All sand and gravel is blown clear from grass along street edges, sidewalks, and driveways. The completion of this service freshens up the yard and prepares it for the upcoming growing season. It is recommended that crabgrass controls be applied after this service is completed. Price range given is due to uncertainties of time spent on yard and amount of debris needed to be hauled away.

LAWN MOWING: Our weekly service is second to none when it comes to giving your lawn that personal touch! Our full line of premier commercial mowers, ranging in size from 30″-44″, allow us to adapt to various yard sizes, terrains, and most importantly customers’ preferences. Clippings are bagged to create ideal mowing results unless mulching is requested. Line trimming around obstacles and blowing off paved areas is also included. Weeds growing along driveway cracks are periodically checked and trimmed. Bags full of grass will be left at your property unless you sign up for our grass hauling service (see below). Mowing heights will vary throughout the season. This service is usually from May thru late October.

GRASS HAULING: “Go Green” and let us haul all grass clippings in our re-usable plastic bags. All debris is taken directly to a local compost site for environmentally friendly recycling.

LAWN AERATING: A very beneficial service which breaks up compacted soil and thatch buildup, allowing nutrients and water to stimulate healthier and deeper root growth. This process extracts core soil plugs of 1″-2″ which breakdown over a few weeks time. Can be done during spring or fall, and most beneficial when done on a yearly basis. All underground sprinkler heads and invisible fence wires need to be marked prior to our visit. (Double pass service is available at an additional half rate)

DE-THATCHING: *This service is only available in the spring and in conjuction with a spring cleanup. Our mechanical process spins through the turf with poly bristles and is very effective in reducing thatch, which is an accumulation of grass plants and roots that prevent water and nutrients from getting through to the soil.

GUTTER CLEANING: Removal of dry debris from all household gutters and down spouts. Air from powerful blowers is forced through all channels to ensure proper water drainage. Usually done during April or May, this service is also available at any time during the lawn season on a requested basis. Not available on all roof types. (Note: if debris to be cleared is wet/mucky which requires hand scooping, pricing is 1.5 (x) the stated price.) Per OSHA rules, safety roof anchors are required in order for us to perform gutter cleaning. If you do not have anchors, additional information will be sent out explaining this installation process.

EDGING: Cutting back new grass growth that has extended past concrete/asphalt driveway and sidewalk edges. This vertical cutting process gives your yard that perfect finishing touch! When signing up for this service, edging will be done twice throughout the growing season unless you notify us otherwise. Price listed is per time charge.

TURF ROLLING: An 800 lb. walk behind unit will flatten out wheel ruts, earthworm mounds or any other imperfections within the yard. Fall aeration service is recommended to alleviate compaction from the rolling process. This service can be performed any time during the growing season when conditions are favorable. Top dressing the yard with black dirt and seed is another option when turf rolling is unfavorable.

SHRUB PRUNING: We provide proper shaping and pruning at the appropriate time for all types of shrubs and hedges on your property. Whether you need small basketball size shrubs trimmed or large varieties up to 25′ tall, we have the equipment and the experience to do the job right. All clippings are blown clear and hauled away. Pricing for pruning ranges from $15-$50 per plant. When you order pruning we will contact you to discuss your specific needs along with pricing. ($75.00 minimum charge on this service)

TREE SERVICES: Availability of tree services are as follows:

• Complete tree removal (certain limitations may apply).
• Fallen trees and branches from severe weather.
• Stump grinding.
• Low branch pruning and ornamental tree shaping.

HARDSCAPE WEEDING: Manual and chemical weeding will be done three to four times per season on a 4-6 week interval from May – September. All curb, driveway, sidewalk cracks and rocked landscape areas will be addressed as needed.

COMPOST TOP DRESSING: Simply put, healthy soil produces healthy grass, and to accomplish this naturally without synthetic fertilizers, compost top dressing is the environmentally friendly approach! One application fulfills between 50-100 percent of your annual fertilizing needs. Helps significantly in water retention, stimulates microbial activity, breaks down thatch, neutralizes PH, and balances the soil structure. $95 per cu. yard, delivered and installed. Most lawns would require between 2-6 cu. yards. (1/8″ – 1/4″ thickness). Best done in the spring

LAWN RENOVATION: All lawns can benefit from this process to help thicken turf and to eliminate thin and/or bare spots. It consists of grass cutting, double pass aeration, compost topdressing, an application of blended sun/shade Kentucky Bluegrass seed with a starter fertilizer application.
